Pre-Appointment Instructions
1. Vehicle Location:
- Please have your vehicle at the location you provided on the date and time of your appointment.
- If possible, park your vehicle near a water source and an electricity source for our convenience.
2. Access to Your Vehicle:
- If you choose to lock your vehicle, please inform us where the key will be located (e.g., under a mat, in a lockbox).
- Alternatively, let us know if you would like us to knock on your door to retrieve the key if you are home during the appointment.
Hazardous Materials
- If any hazardous materials are found in your vehicle that were not disclosed beforehand, we reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as chemicals, biohazards, or any other materials that could pose a risk to our team or your vehicle.
No-Show Policy
- If you are unable to make it to your appointment due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
- If you notify us last minute (e.g., the day of the appointment) due to an emergency, we will issue a refund for the service cost, excluding the non-refundable $25 deposit for last-minute cancellations.
Weather Policy
- If it rains on the day of your appointment, we will gladly reschedule your appointment to the next available service at no additional cost.
Service Duration and Pricing
- The time allocated for each service is an estimate and not set in stone. Our crew may finish the job earlier than expected; however, this does not entitle you to a discount.
- Pricing is based on various factors, including vehicle size, materials used, labor, and travel expenses, rather than solely on time.
